Apex Legends Stat Tracking: How to Track Your Stats

Wondering why there are so little Apex Legends stats on your page? Read our guide to find out how to unlock more of them.

Apex Legends is one of the biggest games out there right now, even eclipsing Fortnite in Twitch viewership most of the time. The game is a competitive one, so players naturally want to find out where they stack up against others.

Our sister site, FortniteTracker, can track your kills, wins, K/D, and win percentage, including a season-by-season breakdown of how you perform. Unfortunately, stat tracking for Apex Legends hasn’t gotten there just yet.

You may have logged into our site only to be disappointed with the information on our page. Like you, we’re hamstrung by the way Apex Legends tracks your statistics. We can only see what you have equipped on your banner.

Thankfully, it’s easy to open up more stats that you and we can track over time. Here’s a walkthrough of how to unlock more stats for each legend.

Unlocking Your In-Game Statistics

Before you can view your stats on our site, you’ll first have to unlock them. To do so, click on the legend you want and cycle over to the «banner» tab (next to skins).

You’ll then see all of the statistics that Apex Legends tracks. As you can see, they aren’t forgetting about your kills, wins, headshots, and other information — you just can’t show it off yet.

You have to unlock these stats in Apex Packs or through crafting material. Each stat only costs 30 crafting material to unlock, so you can probably open a few more stats for each legend you play.

This is probably the best use of crafting material right now since it’s so rare and weapon/legend skins are so expensive to craft.

After that, you’ll be able to track these statistics in-game and through our website. To show off your stats on your main legend through Apex Tracker, make sure to equip them as your showcase legend before logging off.

To switch active heroes on our site, set them as your showcase hero and then hit the «force update» button on your stats page (on Apex Tracker). You can find this under the «Add Legend» tab. It might take a minute or two to refresh the page. Here are my updated stats after I unlocked some stat trackers on my banner.

Hopefully this tutorial will help you follow along with how you’re doing in Apex Legends. I can imagine that Respawn will open the door to more stat tracking opportunities as the game grows, but this is the only way to accurately track your stats at the moment.

If you’re having any problems with tracking your stats, hit us up on Twitter @Apex_Tracker, and stay tuned for more news and updates as they come.

How to use Apex Legends trackers to track your stats

By Wes Fenlon 15 February 2019

How to unlock and equip trackers that show off your best Apex Legends stats.

Apex Legends has the usual spread of cosmetics: character skins, gun skins, voice lines, and emblems. One of its unlockables is different. Trackers, aka stat trackers, are character-specific items you can get from loot boxes to show off your prowess with different Legends on your profile. With combat specialist Bangalore you might want to display your total damage dealt, while with medic Lifeline you could show off the amount of healing your recovery drone has pumped into your team.

Here’s how you unlock and equip Apex Legends’ trackers to show off your stats.

How do I unlock Apex Legends’ trackers?

Trackers can drop as loot box items, but you can also craft them with Crafting Metals, one of Apex Legends’ in-game currencies. Those metals are also loot box drops and can be used to craft other cosmetics, like character and gun skins. Tracker unlocks are unique to each character, so even if you get a drop for a basic stat like «Kills» for Bangalore, it won’t be unlocked for anyone else.

Since the odds are slim you’re going to get the specific tracker drop you want for the character you want, crafting is your better option. To craft trackers, go to the Legends tab, pick a Legend, and then click the Banners tab. Now look at the menu in the left column, which lists Frames, Poses, Badges, and Trackers. Click one of the Tracker headings to see the list of trackers you can unlock.

Simply click on one of the listed trackers and hit confirm to craft it.

The regular trackers cost 30 Crafting Metals to make. Each Legend also has three unique, Rare (blue) tier trackers, which cost 60 Crafting Metals to make.

What are Apex Legends’ trackers?

For every Legend, there are 17 basic trackers available. These are the same for each character. They are:

  • Kills
  • Winning Kills
  • Kills as Kill Leader
  • Damage Done
  • Headshots
  • Finishers
  • Revives
  • Games Played
  • Wins with Full Squad
  • Times Placed Top 3
  • Pistol Kills
  • Shotgun Kills
  • SMG Kills
  • AR Kills
  • LMG Kills
  • Sniper Kills
  • Care Package Weapon Kills

The Rare (blue) tier trackers are different for every Legend, and showcase their special active and passive abilities. Here’s the full list.

Beast of the Hunt: Kills

How to equip trackers

This part’s easy. Each character can have three trackers equipped at any one time. Once you have trackers unlocked, simply click on an available tracker for the Tracker 1, Tracker 2, and Tracker 3 menus. This will apply those trackers to your player banner for everyone to see.

Apex Legends Tracker Guide (October 2021): How To Track Stats & Packs

Here are two Apex Legends trackers to track stats and packs.

If you’re a beginner in Apex Legends or even an old player you still would want to check your progress. Some players also want to find out how many packs they need to open until they get that Heirloom Shard. For the unversed, Heirloom Shard is something every Apex Legends player wants and can be won from packs. There is a 1/500 chance to win an Heirloom Shard from a pack.

Here Are Two Best Apex Legend Stat Trackers

OverTrack

You can always check your stats on the game itself however with this Apex Legends Tracker you can absolutely track everything. It tracks every single game that you play and collects data of where you drop on the map, where you die, and even how long you last. The more you use this tracker you can check on which your best legends are and even what strategies work the best.

You can also check your basic stats like kill death ratio, headshots, Squad skill contribution, average kills, etc. The best feature of this tracker is that it even records all your steps on the game map. This allows you to check your path from when you dropped to every direction to went to till you died.

However, unlike online trackers, you need to install this tracker on your computer. It has to run in the background while you play Apex Legends.

Apex Tracker

This is a tracker that most Alex Legends players use to track their own stats and ranks. This Apex Legends tracker has a feature that you can just enter anyone’s username in it and it will give you all their stats and rank. This can be useful if you’re against someone and you want to check their gameplay.

This tracker has all basic tracking like kills, headshots, which legend is the best played, where you rank in the season and what rank you are on the leaderboard.

Apex Legends Status

This is one of the most upcoming popular trackers for Apex Legends now. It not only tracks a player’s data, kills, death, Legends, badges but also gives solutions to all sorts of Error codes. If you’re facing an error on the game, you can simply head over to the site and scroll through the section of Errors on the top left.

You’ll find information like server-status, maps, leaderboards, individual player stats and if you enter your username in the box it also gives you your match history and other statistics. This is a very decent tracker overall.

How To Track Apex Legends Packs

All you need to do is head over to Mike Zaradona’s Apex Pack Calculator and input all the information asked for on the page. All the information is easy to find on your Apex Account as it asks for data like your account level, battle pass purchases, seasonal battle pass levels, and pack purchases.

After entering all the information, click on View Progress and you will have the number of packs you have opened till now. This will help you calculate how close you are to get an heirloom shard.

The trackers mentioned above are some of the most reliable Apex Legends trackers according to us. Jump into Apex Legends and track your stats today for that extra boost of performance! Meanwhile, check out Seer’s abilities from Apex Legends Season 10 here.
