New system build was flawless 9th gen Z390. When I use the Gigabyte App Center I get an error. I’m trying to enable RGB lighting on the motherboard, using the app.
«This driver can’t release to failure.» Was able to update the BIOS, because I was trying out my options, the bios updated fine. Now when I click bios using the app I get this error.

1. Switch off the Always run on next reboot Setting for Remote OC, Cloud Station Server and Gigabyte Remote
As mentioned, the Cloud Station Server is one component off the Gigabyte App Center that requires onboard Wi-Fi. The Remote OC and Gigabyte Remote are two are components that also need onboard Wi-Fi. Thus, switching those components off can fix the issue. This is how you can switch those App Center components off.
First, open the Gigabyte App Center via the Windows system tray.
Then click the Cloud Station Server tab at the bottom of the app.
Switch off the Always run on next reboot setting for the Cloud Station Server.
Select the OC tab for Remote OC, and switch the Always run on next reboot option off.
Then select the Gigabyte Remote tab, and turn off the Always run on next reboot option.
Restart your System.
2. Reinstall Gigabyte Services Via Command Prompt
Alternatively, reinstalling Gigabyte services might also resolve the issue. To do that, press the Win key + X hotkey.
Then select Command Prompt (Admin) to open the Prompt.
Input ‘sc delete gdrv’ in the Prompt, and press the Return key.
Enter ‘sc create gdrv binPath= “C:\Windows\gdrv.sys” type= “kernel” DisplayName= “gdrv”‘ and Return to reinstall the services.
3. Update the App Center
If you’ve recently upgraded to Windows 10, update the App Center to ensure that its compatible with the latest platform. You can do that by pressing the GIGABYTE App Center Utility Download button on this page. Then open the installer for the app to add the latest App Center version to Windows.

Whether using the 9 or 10b bios, the app center is simply broken. It says my version is the latest version no matter what I do. Even formatting Windows 10, rebooting, and running app center with NOTHING ELSE INSTALLED, it refuses to show any downloads. I even downloaded an old version of the app center, and it SAID THE SAME THING. That I have the latest version and offers no downloads under any of the tabs.
This needs to get fixed. If I download the sound driver from the site, the Realtek Audio Console doesn’t get installed. It only gets installed when I install the drivers through the app center.

Did you install MS Net framework 4.5 before you installed the APP center?
I don’t see any Apps from a fresh APP Center install. However, after downloading and installing Easytune then I see the following:

I believe the directions indicate to install Net Framework 4.5. The directions need to be clarified.
I have net framework 3.5 and 4.8 installed.
The update function from my personal experience is only for the APP Center and not the individual APPs. That is how it has worked for me in the past.
If I remember correctly, installing the App Center from the original CD gave you the option to select Apps. The bad news is that the APP Center and Apps on the CD are obviously not current.
I can’t say why you are having issues without more information. You didn’t indicate that you had installed any W10 updates and there are many even if your had installed W10 1909. Did you forget to mention applying all updates W10 prior to installing the Gigabyte APP Center software?
Your referenced image doesn’t even show Windows settings and/or third party software as compared to my posted image.
I installed fresh today and everything works on two different W10 systems.
I don’t use bitlocker.
W10 1909 is installed in UEFI mode and all updates are applied.
I boot W10 as an administrator and when I click on the APP Center installed I indicate to run as administrator.
